Shipping Options & Times

- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (UK only)
- International Shipping: 5-10 business days (varies by destination)
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) are processed same day. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight/dimensions
- Selected shipping speed
Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50 (UK only).
Order Processing
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation with tracking number follows once dispatched
- Allow 24 hours for tracking information to activate

Delivery Issues
For failed deliveries:

- After failed attempts, packages return to our warehouse
